How we collaborate

Data stays at the hospital; only de-identified cases move

Every hospital collaboration follows the same pattern: retrospective, de-identified cases are shared under a data-use agreement, existing H&E slides are digitized locally or at a contracted facility, and predictions are benchmarked against the hospital's own NGS results.

No hospital is asked to change its existing pathology or sequencing workflow to participate in Phase 1.
